Shipping policy

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times provided are estimated and not guaranteed. These estimates are based on business days which do not include weekends or holidays. We always do our best to process your order as soon as possible but once the package is with the shipping provider, arrival times are not in our control. We suggest choosing an option at checkout with a tracking number so that you can review the status and location of your package. 

 

Canada Shipping

Shipping options will be provided at checkout to customers. Please take into consideration that dates are estimates provided by Canada Post, not exact dates. If you choose Standard Mail at checkout, no tracking number is provided and delivery estimates are approximately 7-14 business days. Please remember that there will be no way to track Standard Mail orders.

 

USA Shipping

Shipping options will be provided at checkout to customers. Please take into consideration that dates are estimates provided by Canada Post, not exact dates. Packages can take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive. If you have chosen Small Packet USA - Air service, please note there is no tracking number provided with this service and estimated dates at checkout are incorrect (will take approximately 7-14 business days with this service). 

 

International Shipping

Shipping options will be provided at checkout to customers. All packages are mailed using Canada Post. Please take into consideration that dates are estimates provided by Canada Post, not exact dates. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. International orders may take approximately 10-21 business days to arrive. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping outside of Canada (USA/International) may be subject to additional customs, taxes and duties which are different for each country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs paid at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. If you are unsure about what these fees would amount to, please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing anything from our website.

Anokhi Gifts Co. Is NOT responsible for any of the following:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer. 
  • Orders damaged by shipping company (please contact them directly).
  • Paying customs, duties or taxes from the customers country.
  • Delays or mistakes from the shipping company.
  • Packages stolen after delivery. 


Order Processing

Our items are personalized and take between 3-5 business days to be processed. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and another email once your order has been shipped.
